r789game reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by errors in odds pricing, obvious technical faults, or confirmed match-fixing investigations. Voids are handled transparently and the original stake is always returned to the member's wallet.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and r789game. They supersede any prior communications, representations or agreements whether written or verbal. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the r789game platform and should close any existing account you hold.

Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances held at the time of closure. r789game conducts periodic identity verification checks — all members must be able to verify their identity on request.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r789game login credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. r789game will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, phone or any other communication channel. Any request for your password from a party claiming to represent r789game should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
All bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested from your account are your responsibility. r789game accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 across all payment methods. No deposit fees are charged by r789game — however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
Deposits are credited to your r789game wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases where a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference number. r789game is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from accounts belonging to another individual — are not permitted. r789game reserves the right to reverse and return deposits that appear to originate from third-party accounts and to close the receiving account if third-party depositing is confirmed.
r789game does not charge deposit processing fees. Bonus matching, where applicable, is calculated on the net deposited amount before any payment provider fees. Minimum qualifying deposit amounts for specific promotions are stated on each offer page.
Withdrawal requests at r789game are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. If the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, r789game will process to an alternative verified Pakistani payment account in your name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Processing times vary by tier: standard accounts receive same-day processing; Gold VIP members receive priority same-day service; Platinum members receive processing within four hours; Diamond members receive instant processing. Processing times are calculated from the moment the withdrawal request is submitted and verified, not from the time of the request alone.
Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Standard documents required include a clear photograph of your CNIC (both sides) and a recent proof of address. Verification is a one-time requirement — once cleared, future withdrawals proceed without repeated document submission unless your circumstances change or r789game has reason to request updated documentation.
r789game offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless specifically overridden by individual promotion terms.
Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet at r789game. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to the real-money wallet and subsequently withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount — for example, a 20x requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 100,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts.
Important: Wagers placed at reduced odds (typically below 1.50 in decimal format) may not contribute fully towards wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates for each game type are published in the general bonus terms section of the promotions page.
Bonuses are awarded to one account per household address, IP address, device and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts — whether in the same name or different names — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
r789game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn while you are actively working through its wagering requirements, any bonus balance remaining in your bonus wallet will be forfeited. Real-money funds already transferred from a completed bonus conversion are unaffected.
All bets placed on r789game are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except in circumstances where r789game exercises its right to void a bet as described below. You are responsible for checking your bets before confirming them — errors resulting from incorrect selections or stake entries are not reversible once the bet has been accepted by the system.
r789game publishes maximum stake limits that apply to each market and event. Stake limits may vary based on your account tier, the sport, the market type and the proximity of the event start time. Where a requested stake exceeds the applicable limit, the bet will be accepted only up to the maximum limit without notification — you should review your confirmed bet slip to verify the accepted amount.
r789game monitors all betting patterns for evidence of matched betting, arbitrage, or exploitation of pricing errors. Accounts identified as engaging in these activities may have winnings voided and stakes returned, and the account may be restricted or closed.
Live casino games at r789game — including Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack and all other live dealer products — are governed by the rules of the individual game as explained at the table and by the dealer. r789game's live casino uses professional dealers operating from a purpose-built studio environment, and all game outcomes are determined by physical means — real cards, real wheels — not by software random number generation.
In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game where a bet has already been placed, the bet will be settled according to the outcome of the game round in progress at the time of disconnection. r789game is not liable for any losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet connection or device. If a disconnection is caused by an r789game system fault, the affected round will be voided and your stake returned.
Minimum and maximum bet limits per round are displayed at each live table before you join. These limits may change between sessions and are subject to adjustment by r789game without prior notice. VIP table limits are separately defined and available exclusively to qualifying VIP Club members.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on r789game and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances where the violation is confirmed:
r789game cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where evidence of criminal activity is identified, r789game will report the relevant account activity to the appropriate authorities and preserve all relevant data as required by law.
r789game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: violation of any provision of these Terms; evidence of fraud; identity verification failure; inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or a request from the account holder themselves.
Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason — including voluntary self-exclusion — the remaining real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method within 14 business days.
Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — are subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 500 deducted from the account balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Accounts with a zero balance after a period of inactivity will be archived. You may reactivate a closed account by contacting r789game support, subject to re-verification.
